What started as a sourcing and supply chain company has grown into a group of companies serving the full spectrum of entrepreneurial needs. We also buy and sell online stores with stable revenue streams, and have completed over $100 million USD in M&A capital transactions since 1999.
SYMO Global operates as a holding company — we have bought, built, and sold dozens of businesses over the past 25+ years. Our active portfolio includes Awesomers, Catalyst88, and Parsimony. We are serial acquirers and operators — always looking for the next great business to build, scale, or transition.
The Founder
Steve Simonson
Serial entrepreneur and China expert with over 25 years of international trade experience. Steve has led hundreds of millions of dollars in M&A transactions and has been instrumental in helping entrepreneurs scale their businesses globally. Based in Austin, TX, he is the driving force behind SYMO Global and its family of companies.
